I particularly appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities, providing a delightful start to our mornings as we sipped warm beverages while planning our day. The staff's professionalism was a highlight; from Michelle at reception, whose warmth made us feel instantly welcome, to the attentive service during our dining experience, every interaction was marked by genuine friendliness. The superb spa facilities offered a serene escape, and I was especially impressed that we could enjoy them even after check-out.
